Capps of Austin has offered this deal:

15 passenger vans for 79.95 -- 100 miles a day, $0.20 each additonal mile
12 passenger vans for 69.95 -- 100 miles a day, $0.20 each additonal mile
6 passenger vans for 49.95 -- 100 miles a day, $0.20 each additonal mile

Unless you are doing donuts in the parking lot during Centex, or you reserved a hotel in Waco, you will not need to worry about going over the allotted 100 miles.
In order to rent, you must:

• Be at least 21 Years Old
• Have a valid State Driver's License
• Have proof of insurance.
• Have a credit card in your name

Capps Van Rental is nowhere near the airport, but they do free airport pick up if you arrive during the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Please make sure you specify that you will need this option when reserving the van.
